Greek Landscapes

En plein air, but neither to catch the Monet moment nor the specific Impressionist vibration. The one light which includes all light, that light which emanates from the terrain itself, the rocks, the trees, the paint. And the permanence of forms, of even the transitory, of even the flux, in harmonies large enough to encompass the inharmonious, in harmonies specific enough to talk to our dailiness.

All paintings are oil on canvas.
